Scheduling a laundry pickup is a breeze — just as simple as 1, 2, 3!

Sign up online or download the Clean cloud app for Android or Apple and search for Nebo Laundry.

Getting started with our pickup and delivery service is quick and easy! When you sign up, you'll be assigned a regular route based on your location—You will then have an option to sign up on either Monday or Thursday if you live in South Utah County or Tuesday or Friday if you live in North Utah country, You get to select your own time and day of your first pickup.

To set up your account, all we need is your name, address, cell phone number, and a card on file.
Personalize Your Laundry Settings
When setting up your laundry preferences you can detail how you want your laundry processed. How much starch you would like for shirts, etc..

For Wash, Dry, Fold Laundry you can select Bleach for whites, cold water for darks etc. You can select laundry detergents, fabric softeners, laundry additives from our list of products. Modify your settings whenever you like!

Leave out for Pickup
On the day your first pickup day, simply leave your laundry in a plastic or cloth bag labeled clearly with your name.

At your first pickup we’ll provide a reusable valet laundry bag and a convenient door hanger to use for future deliveries. It’s laundry made easy—right from your doorstep!

From Pickup to Drop-off, We've Got You Covered--Schedule a Pickup Now!
Weekly Routes
We swing by your neighborhood twice a week—Monday and Thursday in South Utah County, and Tuesday and Friday in North Utah County. The evening before your scheduled pickup day, you'll receive a text asking if you have anything ready. Just reply "Y" for yes or "N" for no. Once confirmed, you’ll be assigned a pickup time. Please have your bag out and visible from the road by your scheduled time to ensure pickup. If you forget to set it out, no worries—we’ll be back on your next scheduled day!
Big Items & Special Instructions
For larger items like comforters, please place them in a bag labeled with your name. If you have any special instructions for specific items, simply include a note inside the bag with those details.
No Need to Wait at Home
Our pickup and delivery service offers ultimate convenience—no need to be home for drop-offs or pickups. Simply schedule a pickup at your preferred time, leave your laundry in a designated spot, and our team will handle the rest. When your clean laundry is ready, we’ll deliver it to the location of your choice, even if you’re not there. This flexible approach saves you time and eliminates the hassle of coordinating specific schedules.

We are committed to fair pricing, offering our pickup and delivery service at the same rates as our in-store options.

There is a $30 minimum charge for Pickup and Delivery orders.
​
As well as a $3-5 per order delivery fee.

Whether online or in-app, a saved card allows for quick and seamless bookings. There is no need to worry about entering credit card information each time you place an order. With payment already set up, you can focus on your busy schedule without worrying about completing payments later.
